Network Rail thanks Lowery for completing the emergency repair of 4 feeders enabling the re-energisation of Euston Station following a lineside fire.
Successful completion. Works consisted of: o Split of the existing F2236 33kV feeder between Ascot and Knowle to F2082 and F2083 o Full RTU SCADA commissioning including all the alarms associated with the HV Switchgear and modules o HV protection (Line Differential Protection - Translay) o Commissioning of two new Auxiliary Transformers 33kV/415V
Successful completion of full SCADA pre-commissioning (end to end test) and new communication unit back to control room
Successful Commissioning of 6 Track Isolation Switches including DC positive cabling at the Switchgear and Track end, Installation and commissioning of 4 advance plates and 16 DC negative cables, Section proving and Signal works testing
Successful completion of cut and diversion of existing F2236 HV feeder, HV switchboard commissioned into service (bypass arrangement), commissioning of the new pilot cable (diversion)
Successful completion of Installation and commissioning of 2 hot splice joints on the existing HV feeder F2239
